Chapter Seventy-Six: The First Meeting of the Amamiya Sisters
It seemed to be the first time Sayuri Amamiya tasted chocolate ice cream. At first, she struggled with the bitterness, only daring to take small, tentative sips. The ice cream's outer layer was delicate, and her gentle nibbling soon caused it to melt, allowing the snowy-white cream to flow out, smooth and silky on the tongue, with a faint chestnut blossom aroma.
*Gulp.*
After swallowing, Sayuri Amamiya straightened up and looked at Anwa, who appeared dazed before her. A blush quickly spread across her cheeks. She had only ever heard her classmates mention chocolate ice cream; today marked her first experience.
Hmm... The flavor was strange, but not unpleasant.
“Sayuri…” Anwa finally came to his senses and spoke hesitantly. He looked down, then back up at Sayuri Amamiya, using his thumb to wipe away the lingering cream at her lips. “You don’t really need to do this.”
“What do you mean?” Sayuri Amamiya blinked, then suddenly took Anwa’s thumb into her mouth, her voice muffled as she asked, “Don’t you like it, Yusheng?”
Feeling the warmth enveloping his finger, Anwa’s heart fluttered.
[By now, you’ve done everything you should and shouldn’t have. Why not seize the moment and take things further? With Sayuri Amamiya’s affection at a staggering ninety-nine, she’ll surely agree if you push a little. But before that, you might want to buy a few umbrellas…]
The narrator’s sudden voice brought Anwa back to himself; he hadn’t realized Sayuri Amamiya was familiar with such things. Although her actions were clumsy, and his finger occasionally brushed against her teeth, the experience...
He shivered unexpectedly and glanced at Sayuri Amamiya’s head.
[Current affection: 99 (obsessed)]
[Current desire: 81/100]
Her desire was so high? Anwa was surprised. The last time he checked, it was only in the sixties, and it had only been a few days.
With desire so high, did it mean he could...
Anwa’s eyes lit up.
Just as the narrator said, he and Sayuri Amamiya had crossed nearly every boundary, save for the last two lines. With her affection soaring and desire over eighty, Anwa felt that if he took the initiative, Sayuri Amamiya wouldn’t refuse.
He looked at her, pondering for a moment, about to speak, but she spoke first.
“Yusheng, could you give me a little more time?”
“Huh?” Anwa was taken aback. Sayuri Amamiya lowered her head, her voice soft as a whisper. “Because it’s the first time, I want it to happen on a special day. In just two months, it will be my birthday.”
As she spoke, Sayuri Amamiya’s cheeks flushed deep red. She slowly lifted her clothes, crouched in front of Anwa, raised her head, and took his future in her little hands. Her big, watery eyes locked onto his gaze as she spoke softly.
“Can you wait two more months, Yusheng? Until then, I can help you in other ways…”
The next morning.
[After a night of battle, you barely survived. Sayuri Amamiya clearly isn’t willing to let you off the hook. She wants to drain you completely—what a fierce woman! Thinking this, a cold glint flashes in your eyes. Since she won’t show mercy, why should you? Rather than leaving your fate to heaven, better to fight to the death!]
The sudden narration jolted the person in bed awake.
He opened his eyes and stared at the familiar ceiling, still dazed until the chilly morning breeze from the window brushed his cheek, snapping him back to reality.
“I… I’m alive!”
Hope shimmered in Anwa’s eyes.
Perhaps feeling guilty, Sayuri Amamiya had been especially relentless last night, even suggesting the outrageous, “Why not try the back first?”
Anwa had firmly refused—not because of any virtuous ideals, but because it was already the tenth time she’d made such a suggestion.
He felt that even another round with just her hand would send him straight to heaven.
Hmm… To the western heaven.
“This can’t go on. At least until I get Sayuri Amamiya’s ending reward, I need to exercise some restraint.”
Muttering to himself, Anwa sat up in bed, holding his waist and slowly shuffled out of the bedroom.
In the living room, Sayuri Amamiya, with her hair pinned up and wearing an apron, had just emerged from the kitchen, carrying two bowls of noodle soup.
Unlike Anwa, Sayuri Amamiya’s delicate face was as flawless as ever, not a trace of weariness showing. She was the most energetic one last night…
After a simple breakfast, they changed and headed out together.
Today, Rena Serizawa did not come to school again, but Anwa was used to it by now.
Time flew by, and before long, the weekend arrived.
A luxurious stretch car stopped in an old residential area.
The door opened, and a petite figure dressed in a pink Lolita outfit stepped out.
Her round-toed shoes tapped the ground as Saori Amamiya first looked around to make sure she was in the right place, then turned and bowed slightly toward the driver’s seat.
“Thank you, Uncle.”
The window rolled down, and a man with white hair smiled kindly.
“No need to be so polite, Saori. You’re Junxiong’s child, after all. As his older brother, it’s only right I look after you.”
“Thank you, Uncle~” Saori Amamiya gave a sweet smile, feeling a newfound affection for this uncle she’d barely noticed before.
“Go on, don’t keep your friends waiting. I’ll come pick you up later.”
The white-haired man waved cheerfully. Saori Amamiya thanked him again and walked toward the stairwell nearby.
He watched her recede into the distance, his gentle expression suddenly twisting into a cold smile. He rolled up the window, pressed the accelerator, and the car sped away.
Meanwhile.
Entering the stairwell, Saori Amamiya wrinkled her nose at the metallic, musty scent—unfamiliar and unpleasant—but her face showed no complaint, only excitement.
Today was the day she’d arranged to meet her sister, so she had hurried over early, using the address Anwa had given her.
Heart pounding with anticipation, Saori Amamiya hurried up to the fourth floor, stopping before a door marked 403.
She took several deep breaths to calm herself, then knocked.
“Knock, knock, knock.”
Three quick raps, and a woman’s voice sounded from inside.
“Please wait a moment.”
The sound was muffled, but Saori Amamiya recognized it as her sister’s.
Her nerves, barely calmed, surged again with excitement as her heart thumped wildly and her pale hands twisted at her skirt in anxious anticipation.
Would her sister be angry with her for ignoring her before? If she tried to hit me, should I dodge? If, like in the books, that Yusheng Anwa makes my sister hold me down, should I resist?
Lost in anxious thoughts, the door suddenly opened. Her sister, hair pinned up, dressed in a blue-and-white maid outfit with cat-ear accessories on her head, poked her head out.
