Snatch the super grand red envelope!
The following chapters will all feature generous rewards. Writing is no easy task, so I ask for your continued support.
Those who have read my previous works know that I have resigned from my job. Yes, from now on, this book will be my sole source of income.
I love telling stories and writing; until now, it has only been a side pursuit, meant to bring you a smile. But from this point on, it will be my livelihood.
You, my dear readers, are now my benefactors. No matter what, I am deeply grateful to everyone who enjoys the stories I tell.
Soon, the book will be available behind a paywall. Each thousand words will only cost a few cents. Perhaps on the street, you wouldn't even bend down to pick up a single coin, yet these few cents are now my entire means of support.
From here on, I will strive to tell the story well, to write swiftly and brilliantly, with a minimum of four updates every day. Leave the quality and quantity to me, and I entrust my living to you!
Thank you sincerely!
Now, a brief guide to recharging your account:
Here are the detailed steps and important notes for topping up on BlackRock:
1. Before recharging, you must log into your BlackRock account. BlackRock supports one-click login; as long as you have one of the following—QQ, WeChat, Baidu, or Sina Weibo—you can log in instantly using any of these accounts!
2. After logging in, click “Recharge” at the very top of the homepage and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
3. Specific payment methods: BlackRock supports eight ways to recharge: online banking, Alipay, WeChat Pay, SMS payment, Tenpay, mobile phone recharge cards, game point cards, and PayPal.
Now, an overview of each method:
Online banking: You need to have online banking enabled. Most major banks are supported. The conversion rate is 1:100 (one yuan equals 100 Rock Coins).
Alipay: For those with an Alipay account, the rate is 1:100.
WeChat Pay: If your WeChat is linked to a bank card or has a balance, use this method. The rate is 1:100.
Tenpay: Same as Alipay, also 1:100.
Mobile SMS payment: The rate is 1:40 (slightly less favorable, and funds may be delayed).
Mobile phone recharge cards: This is the most convenient and fastest method. BlackRock supports three types—China Mobile, Unicom, and Telecom cards, all available at kiosks, convenience stores, and supermarkets. The rate is 1:85, a bit lower due to carrier fees.
Game point cards: Like recharge cards, these are easy to purchase. However, BlackRock only supports the following: Junnet Card, Shanda Card, Conquest Card, Q Coin Card, Joy Card, YeePay, NetEase Card, Perfect World Card, Sohu Changyou Card, Zongyou Card, Tianxia Card, and Tianhong Card. The rate ranges from 1:70 to 1:75. Only these cards are accepted; be sure to check before buying.
PayPal: This is specifically for overseas readers. International users are welcome to use this option!
Additionally, for those using the “BlackRock Reader” iOS (Apple) app, please be aware that due to Apple’s policies, the conversion rate via the iOS app is only 1:50—half of your payment goes to Apple, making it quite costly. It’s recommended that you recharge through the BlackRock website in your browser, then log in to the app to read. This way, you avoid the additional Apple fees.
PS: Once you’ve topped up, you’ll be able to reward and subscribe to works. If a novel has been put on sale, fans are encouraged to select “auto-subscribe”—this saves you the trouble of subscribing chapter by chapter, and you won’t be charged again for chapters you’ve already purchased.
